For established coaches

Turn 2 hours of filming into a month of content that sells.

Your next clients already follow you. They just don't see you often enough, and they have no clear way to sign up to your program. We fix both. You film. Everything else is handled.

Your offer, your page, and how the system would run on your account.
An offer that already sells $10k a month or more Two hours a month to film

We start with videos that already worked.

Every script is rebuilt from a video with proven numbers, then rewritten for your people. Watch the comments, not the views.

Vlad Leonte A quick 15 minutes with Vlad Leonte. Has worked with 50+ six-figure coaches. Booked in under a minute.

All you have to do is approve and film.

Your tasks
  • Approve the scripts. Read them, keep the ones you like. The ones you do not like get rewritten.
  • Film. Two sessions a month. The script tells you what to say and where to stand.
  • Send the DM. The opening reply is written for you. Copy, paste, booking link. Ten minutes on the days a video lands.
That is the whole list.
Our tasks
  • Ideation. Twenty ideas a month, built on videos that already worked.
  • Scripting. Word for word, with the hook and the filming notes.
  • Editing. Cuts, text on screen, graphics, sound. Changes free, always.
  • Captions. Written to get comments, not likes.
  • The opening DM. One for every video, so your reply is ready before the first comment.
  • Posting. Straight to your Instagram, logged and tracked.
  • Analytics. Views, comments and followers on every post.

Comment Engineering. The core of the system.

We also leverage trial reels. Every time we post something on your Instagram, we put it up as a trial as well, because Instagram allows that. So you are also getting views from people who do not follow you.

We take four new clients a month.

The system only earns its price on top of a working business. You need an offer that already sells, at least $10,000 a month in revenue, and two hours a month to film. If that is not you yet, take the playbook at the bottom of the page. It will still move you forward.

Straight answers.

How do I know the scripts will sound like me?

The onboarding form captures how you talk, who you sell to and the objections you actually hear, and every script is written against it. You approve each script in the portal before you film. Nothing gets filmed that you did not sign off on.

What if I do not like an edit?

Open the video, pin a note at the exact second, send it back. It returns to the editor with your timestamps attached. Unlimited re-edits, no packages, no counting rounds. A re-edit costs us editor time and costs you nothing.

I have been burned by agencies that go quiet.

You get a private Slack channel and a live portal showing the status of all 20 videos at once, so you never have to ask where anything is. Every stage has a clock on it that automatically pings someone when it slips, and a watchtower alerts us if any part of the system stops before you would notice.

Twenty videos sounds like a lot of filming.

It is two sessions. Scripts arrive in advance so you can batch ten at a time, and the filming notes tell you where to stand, where to point and how long each beat runs. Most clients film a month in a couple of hours.

What am I actually paying for?

Research, scripting, editing and quality control on twenty videos, plus the system that moves them. Onboarding, assignment, chasing, routing, delivery, captioning, posting and reporting run by themselves, which is why the work goes into the videos instead of into coordinating them.

Do you post for me, or do I?

Either. Connect Instagram once and finished videos publish straight from the portal with the caption already written. Prefer to post yourself? Download the file and mark it posted, and it moves along the same way.

Who answers the comments and the DMs?

You do, and it is small. Every video comes with its opening DM already written, so the reply is copy, paste, booking link. Ten minutes on the days a video lands. We do not run your inbox and we do not use bots.

When does the first video go live?

Your footage lands, an editor has it within 24 hours, and the finished cut is in your portal for approval. It can post the moment you approve it, with one click. From there, one finished video per weekday until the batch is done.

Do you need my Instagram password?

No. You connect Instagram once through Meta's own permission screen, the same way any scheduling tool does, and you can disconnect it whenever you like. Prefer to post yourself? Download the file and mark it posted.

What do I need to film?

A phone, a window and the script. The filming notes tell you where to stand, where to point and how long each beat runs. No crew, no studio.

Will 20 videos a month burn out my audience?

One per weekday is the pace Instagram rewards, and the formats rotate so no two videos in a week feel the same. Every post also goes up as a trial reel, so it reaches people who do not follow you as well as the ones who do.

What happens after the 90 days?

Continue month to month, or stop. Nothing is locked.

What if it does not work?

We look at the numbers together at the end of the month. Comments per view tells us whether the captions are asking the right question, and the trial reels tell us which hooks land with people who do not follow you. What is not working gets changed, and you watch it change in the portal. If it is still not working for you, the monthly plan is month to month. Cancel with one message.

Not ready for a call yet?

Take the playbook.

"How to build a content system that sells." The system this page runs on, written down.

  • The 20-script month: formats that already worked, rewritten for your people
  • Comment engineering: the caption, the keyword, the DM
  • Trial reels: every post also reaches people who do not follow you
